Order Processing

We try to process and pack your order as quickly as possible. Orders are packed and shipped Monday to Friday, 9am to 4pm AEST. Orders placed outside these hours or on a public holiday are processed on the next business day. Keep an eye out for an email confirming your order and shipping date - we'll update you along the way!

Free Shipping within Australia

We're pleased to offer free shipping within Australia for all orders placed online. No minimum order restrictions, just a great free service! Shipping fees for delivery addresses outside of Australia are listed below.

Returns Policy - 100 day money back guarantee

We’re certain that you’ll love our products, so we provide a money back guarantee for all returns received within 100 days.

Returns should be posted to our mailing address along with a note stating your order details and reason for return. Please make sure the item is in its original condition with all tags attached.

We recommend that you use Registered Post so that you can safely track your parcel's return journey back to us. You are responsible for return postage.

​Refunds are processed within 24 hours of receipt of a returned item. We refund back to your original payment method. Keep an eye out for your refund notification - we'll let you know once it’s done.

​What is your Exchange Policy?

​If an item doesn't fit, you can exchange it for a different size without hassle. 

Simply return the item to our mailing address along with a note stating your preferred size and original order details. We'll send the new size to you, or refund the full purchase price if your preferred size is no longer available. We suggest that you contact us as soon as possible so that we can hold your preferred size for you until we receive your returned item. 

We will arrange for your preferred size to be sent to you without additional cost. You are only responsible for return postage and we recommend that you use Registered Post so that you can safely track your parcel's return journey back to us. 

Please note that we cannot exchange items for products in different styles - we will process these requests as refunds and you can then re-purchase online as you wish.
